It complies with ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) principles and the requirements established by the Law on Data Messages and Electronic Signatures, its Regulations, and Venezuelan labor legislation.

Electronic Certificates?

They are issued by a Service Provider accredited by SUSCERTE, providing the electronic signature holder with an instrument that constitutes full evidence (plena prueba) under Venezuelan law.

The system generates an electronically signed transaction report containing the following information:

Mobile Phone
Address
Video Hash

Geolocation
Transaction Number
IP Address
Transaction Signature
