- Stay alert for illicit requests for information. We will never ask you to provide your username or password.
- As a general rule, never send confidential information via email or fax, nor disclose it over the phone unless you are on a secure site, you initiated the contact, or you know whom you are dealing with.

- To create your username and password, use combinations of numbers and letters with a minimum of five (5) characters, always starting with a letter. We also recommend using combinations of lowercase and uppercase letters, and numbers. The maximum character length is 16.
- Avoid using personal data (first names, last names, phone numbers, ID numbers, age), those of your associates, important dates, or repeated numbers or letters as your password.
- Change your password periodically. If you believe someone has discovered your password, change it immediately.
- Keep an up-to-date antivirus system on your computer (Symantec, McAfee, Trend, AVG, etc.).
- Never leave your computer unattended while performing a transaction or request. If you must step away from the computer, log out and close the browser.
- For your security, avoid connecting to our website or performing transactions from public places or vulnerable sites where your registration information could easily be intercepted.
